The Settings → Employees screen now has a “Delete employee” button. The app decides what is right by itself:

• an employee without history (never logged a contact, changed a status or signed in) is deleted completely, with their permissions and keys;
• an employee with records is archived: sign-in is closed and they disappear from the lists, but the name stays next to their entries marked “(archived)” — the inquiry history is not broken.

An archived employee can be restored with one click. The usual safeguards apply: you cannot delete yourself or the last owner. Every action goes to the access log.
