When a new inquiry arrived, the list highlighted every inquiry that had come in since the screen was opened — four or five rows instead of one. Now the highlight appears only on the row that was not there at the previous refresh, and only for one cycle (15 seconds); nothing is highlighted when the list is opened.

The “New: N” counter works as before: it counts everything since opening until you click it.
