In any system people work through quickly, an inquiry sometimes gets marked as not relevant by mistake — one click, occasionally on the row above. The trouble is not the mark itself but what follows it: the inquiry drops off the list, and the person who marked it can no longer find it to put it right.

In Lidin the mark deletes nothing and hides nothing immediately. The inquiry stays on the list, dimmed, with the reason for the mark shown beside it, and the employee who marked it has a button to bring it back. Once the window closes it moves to the archive — still there, still findable, simply out of the way of the working list.

The length of the window is an office setting, a few days by default. The opposite case is handled the same way: a deal closed by mistake can be reopened, but that is a separate action under a separate permission — closing a deal should not happen absent-mindedly, and neither should undoing one.

Every change of this kind is written to the inquiry's log: who marked it, when, for what reason, and who brought it back. The thinking is straightforward — a one-click mistake should not cost a client, and fixing it should not have to start with a phone call to the manager.
