An office working in a spreadsheet today does not start from an empty page. We import the file you already have: name, phone number, source of the inquiry, dates and whatever was written down about the calls. All of it goes into records, so the history stays where the work happens rather than in a file left open in another tab.

A dry run comes first. The file is read, its columns are mapped to the system's fields, and out comes a report: how many rows will be imported, how many duplicates were found by phone number, which rows cannot be imported and why. The import itself only runs once that report has been accepted.

Running the same file again creates no duplicates, and rows with errors are listed rather than skipped in silence — so you can correct them in the spreadsheet and run it again. Phone numbers written in different formats are recognised as the same person.

We tested the process on a demo batch of data across two service languages. In practice the move is done together with you: you send the spreadsheet, we show you the report, and you decide whether to go ahead.
