What Lidin costs
The price is per office of up to 10 seats, not per employee. Every package has a one-off set-up fee and a monthly fee, and annual payment is charged as 10 months. All prices include Israeli VAT (מע״מ).

The annual price is charged as 10 months, not 12.
Launch price for the first five offices
An office joining among the first five, until 31.12.2026, pays 390 ₪ per month instead of 490 ₪, and that price is fixed for 12 months. The set-up fee of 2,500 ₪ is waived in full for those offices: the invoice shows it at full price with a discount line next to it, so you can see what you were given. After 12 months the package base price applies, and we tell you 30 days in advance. An office that agrees to a public review with figures keeps the launch price for another year.

What is still coming
Lead quality flowing back to Meta ad accounts: the code is written, and we switch it on at the first office on 10.09.2026. Until then it is work in progress, not part of what you get on set-up day.
Modules
The core is the same for any office that takes inquiries. Industry specifics sit on top of it: sometimes as configuration only, and then they are included in the set-up at no extra charge, and sometimes as a module with code of its own, and then it has its own line in the price list.

Lidin for veterinary clinics
The Pro package together with the veterinary module: a pet owner portal, a link to the clinic management system (PMS) and a staff section. The package and the module are not two separate charges, this is the full price. The module is under development and currently runs as a pilot in one clinic, and further clinics are connected on request.

How the price works
- The price is per office, not per employee: up to 10 seats it is one price, and a tenth employee does not change it.
- Seats beyond 10 are added in steps of ten: 11–20 seats add 190 ₪ per month, 21–30 add 380 ₪, above that by calculation.
- Annual payment is charged as 10 months.
- A 21-day trial on the Pro package, on your own real inquiries. There is no free plan.
- History migration: up to 1,000 rows is included in the set-up, beyond that 490 ₪ per file of up to 5,000 rows.
- All prices include Israeli VAT (מע״מ).
Questions about the price

Why isn't there a free plan?
Every office on Lidin gets its own database, its own address and a real person alongside it: setting the system up, moving your history over and supporting you day to day. That costs us money every month, small office or not, so there is no free edition. What there is: a live demo at no charge, 21 days on your own inquiries, and a launch price for the offices that come on board first.

What happens after 12 months?
The launch price is fixed for 12 months. After that the package base price applies, and we tell you 30 days in advance so that it never turns up as a surprise on an invoice. An office that agrees to a public review with figures keeps the launch price for another year.

Can we change packages?
Yes. Moving up a package works from any month, and the difference is charged pro rata. Moving down takes effect at the start of the next paid period.

What does the set-up cover?
Setting the statuses and fields to the way you work, adding users and permissions, branding, importing history from your spreadsheets up to 1,000 rows, and training the office. It is one-off work, which is why it is billed separately from the monthly fee.
