Elementor, Contact Form 7 & WPForms
Automatically detects your existing forms and maps name, phone, email, and message fields without rebuilding your site’s pages.
Official WordPress Plugin · Lidin Contact Forms & CTI
The official Lidin Contact Forms & CTI plugin connects your WordPress forms (Elementor Forms, Contact Form 7, and WPForms) directly to your office’s inquiry list—with no developer work, no paid Zapier middleware, and zero lost leads even during network blips.
Install the plugin in WordPress and pair it with your office’s Lidin instance using a one-time connection code.
Install and activate the Lidin Contact Forms & CTI plugin in your office’s WordPress dashboard.
In Lidin, open “Settings → WordPress Site”, generate a one-time pairing code, and paste it under “Settings → Lidin” in WordPress.
Click “Send Test Inquiry”. The file appears immediately in Lidin with the page source, form language, and UTM tags.
Automatically detects your existing forms and maps name, phone, email, and message fields without rebuilding your site’s pages.
Even when a visitor browses several pages before submitting a form, the plugin retains the original landing URL, campaign tags, and click IDs and attaches them to the inquiry card.
An inquiry submitted on a Hebrew, Russian, Arabic, or English page is automatically tagged with the matching language line in Lidin and routed to the right team member.
If connectivity drops for a moment when a visitor submits a form, the inquiry is held safely in an encrypted local queue and delivered automatically once the connection is restored.
Every payload is cryptographically signed with your office’s key. Includes a built-in Section 11 privacy notice helper and logs consent timestamps in Lidin.
Runs server-side in WordPress, loads no third-party scripts or tracking cookies, and keeps your Core Web Vitals and IS 5568 AA accessibility intact.
Leave your details—we will walk through the plugin in a live demo and configure it for your site at no extra charge during onboarding.
