From inquiry to client
Lidin collects every inquiry — from your ads, your website and your phone — follows it through to the client, and feeds lead quality back to your ad accounts.
The inquiry list: a status, an latest entry and callback date on every row. Demo data, interface shown in Hebrew.
Sound familiar?
-
Inquiries live in spreadsheets
Inquiries are spread across a spreadsheet, WhatsApp and notes on the desk. Finding out how last week's inquiry ended takes asking three people.
-
Missed calls and forgotten callbacks
A missed call stays in the phone's call list. "I'll get back to you tomorrow" exists only in the memory of whoever said it.
-
No one knows who is handling what
Two people call the same client, while another inquiry sits unanswered for two days. The client waits for an answer and calls in himself.
-
Ads are running, lead quality is unknown
The ads bring inquiries, but there is no number for how many of them became clients. Ad platforms keep optimising for "any inquiry" instead of the ones the office actually wants.
Your ads learn from the people who became clients
Diagram: three steps, each leading into the next — an inquiry from the campaign, then a status in Lidin, then an event back to the ad account.
-
An inquiry from the campaign
The ad brings in an inquiry, and Lidin takes it in together with the source and the campaign it came from.
-
A status in Lidin
Your team moves the inquiry along: answered, meeting booked, became a client. The status is what actually happened.
-
An event back to the ad account
Lidin reports the stage your office chose back to the ad account the inquiry came from.
That way the ad platforms learn from real clients instead of from any click.
What is sent and when is the office's decision; the mechanism can be switched off entirely.
What the system does
-
One inquiry stream from every source
Inquiries from Meta and Google ads, website forms and phone calls arrive in the same list. Duplicates are matched by phone number, and the source stays attached to the record.
-
A record with history and current position
The current position is stated in words at the top of the record. Below it, the contact log: who spoke, when, what was agreed and what happens next. A new employee reads the record and continues from the same point.
-
Statuses and reminders: who to call today
Statuses follow the way your office works. After every call the outcome is recorded, and the inquiry either moves forward or comes back with a reminder on a date. Each employee opens the system on the list of inquiries waiting for them today.
-
Language lines: Hebrew, Russian, Arabic and more — whatever the office needs
Each inquiry has a service language, and an employee sees the inquiries they handle. The separation is enforced on the server, not only in the display. The interface itself is shown to every user in their own language, right-to-left included.
-
Lead quality flows back to the ad accounts
When an inquiry reaches a meaningful stage, Lidin reports it back to the ad platforms so they look for inquiries of the same kind. What is sent and when is the office's decision; every send is written to a log, and the whole mechanism can be switched off.
-
Dashboard: what the funnel is doing
How many inquiries are in progress, how many arrived in a period, where they stall, what is past its callback date. Broken down by source and campaign, so you can see where the inquiries that turn into clients come from.
Who it's for
The Lidin core is the same for any office that takes inquiries: one list, statuses, owners and reminders. Industry specifics are added as a module on top of that core — fields, terms and screens that match the way you work, without a separate system.
-
Law offices
Leads and clients with language lines, permission separation between lawyers and a dedicated module for the office.
-
Veterinary clinics
Leads and clients alongside a pet owner portal, a link to the clinic management system and a staff section.
Your industry is not on the list? The industry module is built on the same core. Tell us how inquiries reach you today and we will look at what needs to be set up.
Industry modules
Lidin for veterinary clinics
A pet owner gets a portal of their own, with the state of the treatment and their invoices, instead of phoning the clinic. A link to the clinic management system (PMS) brings visits and invoices into Lidin, so no figure is typed twice. A staff section holds procedures, training and payslips for the team. A pilot is currently running in one clinic, and further clinics are connected on request.

Your office's data stays your office's data
-
A separate database for every office
Not permissions inside a shared store — isolation by design: each office has its own database and its own address.
-
Two-factor sign-in
Two-factor authentication can be made mandatory for everyone in the office.
-
Access and activity log
Who viewed, who changed, who exported — recorded and visible to the people in the office who are entitled to see it.
-
No third-party services on the page
Fonts and system assets are served from our own server: no external CDN, no commercial trackers inside the system.
-
A wrong close can be undone
An inquiry marked as irrelevant stays in the list of the person who closed it for a number of days set by the office, with a button to return it to work. After that it moves to the archive — it is not deleted.
-
Defined retention periods
Every type of data has a retention period; when it ends, the data is deleted or kept as de-identified statistics.
-
Accessibility
The system and the site are built to IS 5568 (ת״י 5568) level AA — in the code itself, not through a widget.
An assistant for your office's numbers
Inside the account there is an assistant that answers questions about your data: how many inquiries came in this month, from which source, where they stall, what changed compared with last month. Only aggregate values leave for the AI provider — figures, shares, names of sources and stages; names, phone numbers and inquiry texts are not sent out. Features that process the text of inquiries and correspondence are enabled only after they are cleared with the office's legal counsel, and are off by default.
Three steps
-
1
Demo
An online session: you show how inquiries reach the office today, we show what the same flow looks like in Lidin. No installation and nothing to prepare in advance.
-
2
Set-up for your office
Statuses that match how you work, service languages, users and permissions, your logo and colour.
-
3
Moving your history over
Inquiries and clients from your existing spreadsheets are imported, so you do not start from an empty screen.
-
What does it cost?
Launch price for the first five offices, until 31.12.2026: 390 ₪ per month per office of up to 10 seats, not per employee. The set-up fee of 2,500 ₪ is waived for the first five offices (100 % off). The price is fixed for 12 months, annual payment is charged as 10 months, prices include Israeli VAT (מע״מ). After that the package base price applies: 490 ₪ per month per office. All packages, modules and rules are on the pricing page.
-
Why don't we have a free plan?
Every office on Lidin gets its own database, its own address and a real person alongside it — setting the system up, moving your history over and supporting you day to day. That costs us money every month, small office or not, so there is no free edition. What there is: a live demo at no charge, and a launch price for the offices that come on board first.

What's new
-
Browser notifications: turn them on on each new device
Notifications work only where you turned them on. On a new device or in another browser, click Enable notifications again.
-
Enquiries by phone, WhatsApp or in person: confirmation by link, and deletion without it
Lidin prepares a privacy notice with a confirmation link for the person. With no confirmation, meeting or agreement, the card is deleted after 30 days.
-
Meetings on the lead card fit on a phone, and a cancelled meeting no longer offers to reschedule
On the lead card the date sits above the meeting and the buttons no longer squeeze. In the calendar the meeting link is larger, and the current time label keeps clear of the hour.
