Official WordPress Plugin and Lidin 1.0 Release

The Lidin Contact Forms & CTI plugin sends inquiries from Elementor, Contact Form 7, and WPForms straight into Lidin with full campaign attribution and a 72-hour retry queue.

With the release of version 1.0, your office's WordPress website connects to Lidin in minutes using the official Lidin Contact Forms & CTI plugin — with no developer work and no third-party middleware:

  • built-in support for Elementor Forms, Contact Form 7, and WPForms;
  • one-time pairing code generated under "Settings → WordPress Site" in Lidin;
  • lossless transfer of source and campaign tags (`utm_source`, `utm_medium`, `utm_campaign`, `gclid`, `fbclid`), landing page URL, and form language;
  • 72-hour local retry queue: if a network blip occurs, the inquiry is held safely on your site and delivered automatically as soon as connectivity returns.
