Product updates
What has been added to the system, what has changed in the way it works, and what is happening ahead of launch.
-
Browser notifications: turn them on on each new device
Notifications work only where you turned them on. On a new device or in another browser, click Enable notifications again.
-
Enquiries by phone, WhatsApp or in person: confirmation by link, and deletion without it
Lidin prepares a privacy notice with a confirmation link for the person. With no confirmation, meeting or agreement, the card is deleted after 30 days.
-
Meetings on the lead card fit on a phone, and a cancelled meeting no longer offers to reschedule
On the lead card the date sits above the meeting and the buttons no longer squeeze. In the calendar the meeting link is larger, and the current time label keeps clear of the hour.
-
At the end of the working day the calendar opens on the next working day
When no free hour is left today or the office is closed, the day view opens on the next working day. A meeting that has not ended keeps the calendar on today.
-
Meeting buttons are no longer cut off, and keyboard selection is not lost
Buttons that do not fit on one line move whole to the next, and after moving to another day from the keyboard the selection stays in the grid.
-
When a meeting keeps today open, the keyboard goes straight to it
If no free hour is left today but a meeting is still ahead, the first Tab into the calendar lands on the nearest meeting's card, not on an hour that has passed.
-
Language choice now sits at the top of the sign-in card
Hebrew, Russian and English as small buttons at the top of the card, each named in its own language, the current one marked with a tint. The same on every sign-in screen.
-
The hour grid is always on screen, and a meeting is booked by clicking an hour
A day with no meetings is no longer a blank page. Clicking an hour opens the form with the date, the time and the member of staff, and a past hour offers the nearest free slot.
-
The calendar can be worked without a mouse
One Tab enters the grid, arrows move between hours, PageUp and PageDown turn the day or the week, and the selected hour opens a meeting.
-
Dates and times are written the same way across the panel
Day.month.year and a 24 hour clock in every field and filter, a week starting on Sunday, and an explanation under the field when a date is impossible.
-
The list of known devices reads better with a screen reader and a keyboard
An empty list no longer says “showing 0 of 0”, the button is not announced as collapsed, a focused device row gets the product ring, and the screen loads only what is on it.
-
Dark theme: three modes in the user menu
As in the system, light or dark. The choice is kept for the member of staff and travels with them between devices, and the contrast of both themes is checked by a tool, not by eye.
-
Status board: a third view of the lead list
The same list, laid out in columns by status. A card can be dragged with the mouse or moved with a button, and the chosen view is saved for each member of staff.
-
Lead assignment: a queue per language line, a “Take it” button and a workload screen
The office owner turns a queue on for each line separately, staff take a free lead with one tap, and the list shows which leads have no owner.
-
A meeting is now a record of its own on the lead card
Meetings are set from the same call form, belong to a member of staff on the caller's language line, can be moved or cancelled with a reason, and every step is written to the log.
-
“External reports”: one address for summary figures, with no access to leads
The office owner issues a token that lets an external report read summary quality figures by source and campaign, with no leads and no personal data in them.
-
“Marketing analyst”: a role that sees the numbers and not the leads
The office owner can open the statistics screen and the aggregate export to whoever runs the advertising, with no access to leads, personal data or money.
-
Merging two cards of the same person into one
Select exactly two cards in the list and choose “Merge”: the contact journal, the documents and the amounts move to the surviving card, the duplicate goes to trash.
-
The “Office launch” card: the first five steps on the start page
The office owner now has a card on the start page with five steps of the initial setup, a progress mark and a link to the right screen for each step.
-
The “Security” screen: open sessions, known devices and an address limit
Everyone sees their own open sessions and can end them, the office owner sees the sessions of every member of staff, and a sign in from an unknown device sends an email.
-
A “What’s new” panel and a notice about planned maintenance
A short panel with the latest product news now sits above the list of leads, and before a maintenance window a notice appears at the top of every page, with the time in the office time zone.
-
The list of leads opens the way the office set it
The office owner sets once how the list of leads opens: the feed mode, the sorting, the columns shown and the filters the list starts with.
-
Bulk actions in the list of leads
Tick several leads and change their status, assign an employee or archive them in one go. The permissions are the same as for a single action.
-
A trash bin for leads: reversible removal for 30 days
The office owner and a senior member of staff can move a lead to trash. It leaves the list, the statistics and the exports, is kept for 30 days and comes back with one click.
-
“Source and ad attribution”: where the lead came from, by name rather than by identifier
The lead card now has a block saying where the lead came from: the source in plain wording and the campaign name, which the owner sets once.
-
A line of facts at the top of the lead card
Under the line with the topic and the source there is now a second one: how many contacts there were and over what period, how the last conversation ended and what comes next.
-
A WhatsApp message straight from the card
The WhatsApp button on the card now opens a small window: pick a template, see the ready text with the name and topic in place, then open the chat.
-
An image check before the code is sent
The “Sign in with a code” tab now has a short step: you type the characters from the image, and only then is the one-time code sent.
-
Sign in with a one-time code, without a password
The sign-in screen has a new tab, “Sign in with a code”: enter your work email, receive a one-time code in WhatsApp or by email, and sign in without a password.
-
Website form submissions reach the system directly
Website form submissions now reach the system directly: fields are recognised on their own, the page language sets the line, and a repeat submission makes no duplicate.
-
A help section inside the panel
The panel now has a help section: short articles in three languages about the main actions, live search that finds an article from a couple of words, and a help icon visible from any screen.
-
The panel now speaks English
The panel has an English interface, a third language next to Hebrew and Russian: switched in the user menu, remembered for next time, and the help section comes in all three languages.
-
The office picks the colour of the panel
Settings now have an “Office appearance” screen: a palette of twelve ready-made colours, each checked for legibility in advance, and the choice applies as soon as you save.
-
The consents log now reads in words, not codes
The “Consents” block on the lead card shows every line in plain language — the date, which consent it is, whether it was given or withdrawn, which policy, the version of its text and the channel it came through — with no internal codes.
-
The call form no longer asks for a reason twice
When the result of a call speaks for itself, the reason is recorded from it instead of being asked again. And when a reason is needed, only the fitting ones are listed.
-
Lighter rows in the leads list
Lighter rows in the leads list: the browser builds about a quarter fewer markup nodes per row. The language line and days in work are compact badges now.
-
The leads list always shows 20 rows
The rows-per-page choice is gone from the leads list. The list always shows 20 rows, its lightest setting, and you page through the rest as before.
-
The leads list is lighter and quicker to work with
The list page is more than twice as light and the response to actions about three times lighter; the default is 20 rows per page, and the call feed opens as you need it.
-
Erasure on request — now in the office owner’s hands
A request to erase personal data is settled inside the office: the system shows in advance what exactly goes, covers repeat enquiries, and records every deletion.
-
Consent in the lead form — per channel, and separately for advertising
Marketing consent is now split by channel — email, SMS, WhatsApp — and passing identifiers to ad platforms has a consent of its own. Every tick is written to the consent log with the wording version.
-
An accessibility statement for every office — a public page, no sign-in
Every office now has an הצהרת נגישות page open to anyone, in Hebrew and Russian: the accessibility level per ת״י 5568, what has been done, the true state of testing and a contact for accessibility enquiries.
-
The panel in your office colour — the second step
The panel can run in the office accent colour: buttons, links, the active field. Contrast is checked against ת״י 5568, and status colours stay as they are.
-
Practice area is set automatically by lead source
An integration can pass an area code along with the lead — the area appears in the list right away, no manual input.
-
Age is visible in the list, next to the name
Next to the inquiry name, after the languages, there is an age chip. Until staff fill it in — an empty “age —” chip.
-
Date and time in the list — on two lines
In the “Last entry” and “Callback” columns the date sits on the first line and the time below it, instead of one long number.
-
Buttons in the panel are easier to spot
On every panel screen buttons now follow one hierarchy: a single primary action in colour, secondary actions in a coloured outline, navigation and help as text with an icon. Grey is reserved for disabled buttons.
-
The inquiry text becomes the first history entry
What the client wrote in a form (on the website or in a Google form) now automatically becomes the first entry in the inquiry’s history and is visible right in the list.
-
“Age” field on the inquiry
The inquiry now has an age field: filled in the details form, on manual creation or while logging a contact; shown on the card, in the panel and in the export.
-
New-inquiry highlight — only on the row that just arrived
In the live list only the row that appeared since the last refresh is highlighted; the “new” counter still counts everything since the page was opened.
-
“Log contact” instead of “Log call”
The button is now called “Log contact”: the form records any channel — a call, WhatsApp, email, a meeting — not just phone calls.
-
Access log — levels and actions in words
The access log now shows level names (“Owner”) and action names in the interface language instead of technical keys.
-
Consent log — a readable table
The Consents screen was redone: a table with columns and filters, human policy names, a link to the inquiry and who recorded it.
-
Which language to speak with the client — visible at once
The client's languages are now shown on the inquiry card and in the side panel; the language line is labelled by name, not code.
-
Deleting and archiving employees
The Employees screen now has a delete button: an employee without history is deleted, one with records is archived — sign-in closed, the name stays in the journal.
-
The whole history of every inquiry — right in the list
The list now shows the full journal of every inquiry by default — like the spreadsheet the office kept before, no clicks needed.
-
“Employees & access” screen for the office owner
Settings now has an Employees screen: invite by email, level, language lines, individual permissions and sign-in lock — without contacting support.
-
New inquiry by hand — through the same intake
The inquiry list now has a “New inquiry” button: an inbound call, a walk-in or a referral is entered by hand and goes through the same intake as a website lead — including phone de-duplication.
-
Full call log — right from the side panel
The list side panel now has a “Log call” button: the same full form as on the card, without leaving the list. Quick note and open-card stay next to it.
-
One-click screenshot in the Help form
The Help form now has a “Take screenshot now” button: the app attaches a snapshot of your screen itself, no external tools. Dropdowns now open fully populated at once.
-
The contact journal — right in the list, Excel-style
Click a row to expand its call notes underneath, or flip "show all entries" to unfold the journal for every lead at once.
-
Help button — contact us right from the app
Every screen now has a help button: a question, bug report or suggestion — with a screenshot, straight to the Lidin team.
-
Client languages and line transfer
Mark which languages a client speaks, see it in the list and card, and transfer a lead to another language line — fully journaled.
-
Russian interface, per employee
A Language item in the user menu lets each employee pick Hebrew or Russian; the choice persists across sign-ins.
-
Sign-in and two-factor screens fully localized
Two-factor screens, password reset notices and password hints now follow the system language, including full Hebrew.
-
Settings polish: topics and status colors
The Topics screen was rebuilt for comfortable editing, and the status color picker now shows real colors with a live preview.
-
Email password reset is live
Forgot your password? Click "Forgot password?" at sign-in and get a reset link by email within a couple of minutes.
-
A new lead appears in the list by itself
The lead list checks the server every 15 seconds; a new lead lands in the list without a reload, a “new” counter sits above the table, and new rows are briefly highlighted.
-
The office picks status colours — from a verified palette
On “Settings → Statuses” every status now has a colour picker with eight ready-made colours; text contrast is verified in advance, and statuses without a choice stay as they were.
-
Lead source and ad tags — owner only
Where a lead came from, ad identifiers and tags are now visible to the office owner and to the staff the owner has opened it for; for everyone else — not in the list, the filter, the report or the export.
-
The consent log: what a person agreed to, and when
Every consent is a separate entry — type, given or withdrawn, the version of the wording, the channel and the time. Entries are only added, and the owner has a screen to read them.
-
Inquiry topics — the office's own list
The office keeps its own list of topics, and the topic is set by whoever speaks with the person — on the after-call form or through the Edit details action.
-
The inquiry list fits the tablet
On a tablet the table now fits the screen without sideways scrolling — the call and WhatsApp buttons stay in view; the menu is narrower and collapses to icons.
-
Sign in with a passkey — no password, no code
A passkey is registered once in the profile; after that signing in is a confirmation on your device — no password, no app code. A computer can be signed in from the phone.
-
Who looked at what — the office owner can see
The Settings → Access log screen shows who opened an inquiry, changed a status or exported data — metadata only, and opening the log is itself recorded.
-
Keep only as long as needed — and delete on request
The office's retention periods now run on their own, only figures are kept before anything is deleted, and the owner can erase a person's data on request.
-
The statuses belong to the office
The office defines its own set of statuses, and an inquiry moves onto any of them — from the list, the record or the after-call form; intake and import start on the office's own starting status.
-
The office logo in the panel, and a tidier sign-in
The panel now shows the office logo, and at first sign-in the system asks for the temporary password to be changed and confirms the change in words.
-
Lidin is getting ready for launch — pilot in August
The system is in demos and testing, the first office comes on board in August, and the launch price for the first offices is already published.
-
A safety net for closing an inquiry by mistake
An inquiry marked as not relevant by mistake does not vanish: it stays visible with the reason shown and can be brought back within a window the office sets.
-
Bringing your history over from spreadsheets
Moving to Lidin without losing what you already have: inquiries come over from the spreadsheet along with their dates, source and the notes from calls.
-
The inquiry list: a preview on click
Clicking a row opens a side panel with the whole progress of a case without leaving the list, and a new column shows the latest entry for every inquiry.
-
The after-call form: each result with its own fields
The result of a call now opens exactly its own fields and moves the status itself, and every transition explains itself in words and on the funnel path.
-
The quality loop: the first event reaches the ads account
An inquiry that moves to the qualified stage is reported to the ads account as a quality event — the first step of the loop, switched on by the office itself.
