Website form submissions reach the system directly
Website form submissions now reach the system directly: fields are recognised on their own, the page language sets the line, and a repeat submission makes no duplicate.
Until now a submission from a website form travelled to the system through a go-between service. From now on the form talks to the system directly: the submission lands in the lead list with nothing in between, and there is one less place along the way that can fail.
The fields are recognised by the system itself. Phone, name, email and the text of the message are found even when the webmaster called them something else entirely. There is no need to rebuild an existing form and no need to rename its fields.
- The language of the page sets the language line: a lead sent from the Russian version of the site arrives on the Russian line and is visible straight away to the staff who work it.
- A repeat submission of the same form makes no duplicate: the lead stays a single one, even if the visitor pressed the button twice.
- The text the client wrote becomes the first entry in the lead's history and can be read before the card is opened.
- Ad tags are passed only with the visitor's consent, according to the consent tick box in the form itself.
- If website forms start arriving with errors, the system raises the alarm by itself: our internal monitoring reports it.
This is a capability of the product rather than a one-off setup: every office gets it on its own address.
