Lidin is getting ready for launch — pilot in August
The system is in demos and testing, the first office comes on board in August, and the launch price for the first offices is already published.
Lidin is a system for an office's inquiries and clients: every inquiry — from your ads, your website and your phone — lands in one list, and each one carries a status, an owner and a callback date. Over the past weeks we moved from design documents to a working system: the inquiry list, the record with its contact log and the dashboard all run on demo data.
In August the first office comes on board — a pilot on real inquiries, including moving its existing history over from a spreadsheet. We are not publishing the office's name. The pilot has one purpose: to see how the system behaves on an ordinary working day, and to fix whatever gets in the way of that day.
Before the pilot we ran a usability session on the system itself — real tasks, no explanations up front. It produced a list of fixes, some of them already in place; one of those, the window for bringing back an inquiry marked as not relevant, has an update of its own. That is how we intend to carry on: watch people work first, write code second.
The launch price for the offices that come on board first is published on the home page, next to our answer to the question of why we have no free plan. If you would like to see the system on your own office's inquiries, you can request a demo through the form on this site.
