Consent log — a readable table

The Consents screen was redone: a table with columns and filters, human policy names, a link to the inquiry and who recorded it.

The Settings → Consents screen was a table without a grid and with technical values. It is now a regular app table, like the access log: columns, spacing, pagination, sorting by date; the empty state is a card, not a bare line.

Values read like language: “Office privacy policy” instead of a technical key, “no version” or a version number, “Lead #N” as a link to the card (or “Lead deleted”), “client (form)” or the employee's name under “Recorded by”. Filters in one row, dates in the office format.
