“Employees & access” screen for the office owner

Settings now has an Employees screen: invite by email, level, language lines, individual permissions and sign-in lock — without contacting support.

The office owner now manages the team directly: Settings → Employees. One screen lists every employee with level, language lines, two-factor status, last sign-in and account state.

Inviting an employee — name, email, level and lines; the employee receives an email with a set-password link and signs in on their own. For an existing employee you can change the level, lines and individual permissions, and lock sign-in with a reason — for example when someone leaves.

Two built-in safeguards: you cannot lock yourself out, and you cannot demote the office's last owner. Every change goes to the access log — which fields changed and who changed them, without personal values.
