Sign-in and two-factor screens fully localized

Two-factor screens, password reset notices and password hints now follow the system language, including full Hebrew.

We finished localizing every sign-in screen:

• Two-factor authentication — the verification screen, app setup and recovery codes now follow the system language.
• Password reset notices are fully translated.
• Password requirements are shown under the field before you type — no guessing.
• Fixed the number order in Hebrew pagination ("showing 1–3 of 3").
