One-click screenshot in the Help form
The Help form now has a “Take screenshot now” button: the app attaches a snapshot of your screen itself, no external tools. Dropdowns now open fully populated at once.
The Help form now has a “Take screenshot now” button. Click it and a snapshot of the screen you are on is attached to your request — no external tools needed. Not the right one? Remove it and attach another image manually.
The snapshot is taken only on your click and only of your own screen: the app never collects screen content automatically, and the image rules are unchanged (image only, up to 5 MB).
A small but annoying glitch is fixed as well: dropdowns — interface language, client languages, topic, destination line on transfer — now open fully populated at once, without an empty list that loaded late.
