New inquiry by hand — through the same intake
The inquiry list now has a “New inquiry” button: an inbound call, a walk-in or a referral is entered by hand and goes through the same intake as a website lead — including phone de-duplication.
Not every inquiry arrives from a form or an ad: someone called, walked into the office, came on a client's recommendation. Now you can enter it yourself — the inquiry list has a “New inquiry” button: name and phone (required), line, topic, source and a note.
A manual inquiry goes through the same intake as a lead from the website or an ad: the phone is normalised, the initial status comes from your settings, and a phone match is detected automatically. If the client already exists there will be no duplicate: the app opens the existing card, records a repeat inquiry on it and tells you so.
There is also a new entry in the source list — “Walk-in”. The choice of line is limited to the lines you work on.
