The whole history of every inquiry — right in the list
The list now shows the full journal of every inquiry by default — like the spreadsheet the office kept before, no clicks needed.
Until now the list showed only the latest entry of each inquiry, and the full history opened on click. Offices that moved to us from spreadsheets are used to seeing the whole chronology at a glance — so that is now the default.
The journal column now holds every entry of the inquiry: date, channel, outcome, who logged it and what was said, newest first. Up to eight entries are visible at once; if there are more, “N more” opens the rest in the same cell.
Prefer it compact? The “latest entry only” switch above the list; the choice is remembered per employee.
