A help section inside the panel
The panel now has a help section: short articles in three languages about the main actions, live search that finds an article from a couple of words, and a help icon visible from any screen.
Until now a question about the system went to the person at the next desk, or to us. Now it has a permanent place: a help section inside the panel, with short articles written for the people who work in the office, not for those who know their way around software.
The articles cover the everyday work:
- signing in, the code from the authenticator app and the passkey;
- the list of enquiries: what a row shows, the chips and the search, including the last digits of a phone number;
- logging a contact after a call, and how the outcome moves the status by itself;
- statuses and topics: who decides them and where they are changed;
- staff, levels and language lines;
- consents on the card: what each line means and where the full log is.
Search works while you type: two words are enough to reach an article, and the place where they were found is highlighted. The articles exist in Hebrew, Russian and English, and open in the language you work in.
The help icon sits in the top bar and is visible from any screen, so there is nothing to look for in the menus. If an article did not answer the question, you can write to support from the same window.
