The consents log now reads in words, not codes
The “Consents” block on the lead card shows every line in plain language — the date, which consent it is, whether it was given or withdrawn, which policy, the version of its text and the channel it came through — with no internal codes.
The “Consents” block on the lead card now speaks in plain language. Some values used to appear as internal codes, and the secretary could not tell what they were looking at. Now every line reads in order and in ordinary words.
- each line follows the same order: date · which consent it is · given or withdrawn · which policy · the version of the policy text · the channel it came through (web form, entered by hand from what was said, and so on);
- every type of consent has a human name of its own — marketing by e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp, as well as sharing quality with the ad platforms; codes such as `tenant_privacy` or `unversioned` are no longer shown to the user;
- the data in the database and in the DPO exports has not changed — only the way the line is shown in the panel.
A law office needs to be able to show at any moment that consent to process data was given. Now the consents log on the lead card can be read and understood at a single glance.
