A line of facts at the top of the lead card
Under the line with the topic and the source there is now a second one: how many contacts there were and over what period, how the last conversation ended and what comes next.
A card opened a month later still had to be read from the bottom up, through the “Case progress” feed: how many times the person was spoken to, how the last conversation ended, what was set for later. Those three answers now stand at the top of the card, on a second line under the one with the topic, the source and the number of days in work.
It reads like this: “5 contacts over 3 weeks · last result: call back · call back 05.09.2026”. If the date has passed, the last part reads “4 days overdue” instead; if nothing is set, “no next step set”. On a closed lead it says “closed”, with the status under the name the office gave it.
A contact here means talking to the person: a call, WhatsApp, an email or a meeting. Notes and documents are not counted, because they are records about the lead rather than a conversation with the person. If there have been no contacts yet, the line says so, and the next step is still shown.
- The line is calculated from the fields themselves: a count, dates and labels from the system. There is no artificial intelligence in it and no call to any outside service.
- It never carries a name, a phone number, an email or the text of a conversation: only numbers, dates and labels.
- It is shown in the interface language of whoever is reading it, not in the language the lead is handled in.
The case summary written by hand further down the card is unchanged. The new line does not replace it and cannot be edited: it always shows what is recorded on the card at that moment.
